Returns & Exchanges
- Stock Items:
- Stock items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit only.
- Special Order Items:
- All special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases outlined under “Damaged or Delayed Orders.”
- Clearance Items:
- Items marked as clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of payment.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Credit card fees and energy surcharges are non-refundable.
Restocking & Storage Fees
- Restocking Fee:
- A 35% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
- Storage Fee:
- If orders are not picked up or stored for longer than 90 days, a $75 monthly storage fee will apply.
Damaged or Delayed Orders
- Damaged Special Orders:
- Special order items can only be exchanged if damaged upon receipt.
- Delayed Orders:
- Special order items that are delayed by 14 days or more from the expected arrival date may be eligible for an exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- All returned items must be in good, new condition.
- Installed materials cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Opened or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
